We report the RNA expression using RNAseq in tongue tissue of mice with and without infection with oropharyngeal candidiasis. CCL28 KO mice are compared to C57BL/6 WT mice. Overall design: RNAseq on tongue tissue 1 day after oropharyngeal innoculation with Candidia albicans or sham innoculation in WT or CCL28-/- mice. Four replicates were performed for each experimental condition.
