Process Documents for BHR Regulation in Germany and at UN Level

Dataset used for Case Study on the interests of business actors in human rights regulation. Documents are sourced from stakeholder processes and business publications. At the UN level, these include the UNGP and the current draft of the OEIWG for a legally binding instrument. In Germany, the documents are part of the German National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights and the Due Diligence Law.
