资源简介:

This dataset contains raw (uncorrected) photos of selected type specimens of the new mussel-associated mite, Najadicola tuzovskiji Kuznetsova, Kondakov & Bolotov, 2025 (Acari: Hydrachnidia: Pionidae). The species is described in our paper entitled “A new giant mussel-associated mite from Northeast Asia, with an assessment of the phylogenetic position of the genus Najadicola Piersig, 1897 (Acari: Hydrachnidia: Pionidae)” (Ecologica Montenegrina, 92, 36-53 (2025); https://doi.org/10.37828/em.2025.92.4). The type specimens are deposited in the Hydrachnidia collection of the RMBH—Russian Museum of Biodiversity Hotspots, N. Laverov Federal Center for Integrated Arctic Research of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Arkhangelsk, Russia. Additionally, the dataset contains high-resolution figure files from our paper (Figure 1-7). Cite this dataset as follows: Kuznetsova, I. A., Vikhrev, I. V., Konopleva, E. S., Kogut, Y.
