Systematic revision of the ant subfamily Leptanillinae (Hymenoptera: Formicidae) grounded in phylogenomic inference. Leptanillinae

Here, I present raw reads for my systematic revision of the ant subfamily Leptanillinae, a group that suffers rampant parallel taxonomy. I resolved this parallel taxonomy using phylogenomic inference with ultra-conserved elements (UCEs) and male morphology in conjunction, producing a classification that reflects evolutionary relationships, and ensures that all higher taxa are reciprocally monophyletic and diagnosable from worker or male specimens.
