Mass spectrometry based metabolomics of early postnatal pig hearts

This data set includes the abundance of metabolites from pig heart tissue using Targeted Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry. Both the positive and negative ionization mode were used for the metabolites detection. The targeted metabolites can cover more than 300 metabolites from >35 metabolic pathways.
