Microorganisms in the rhizosphere of Leymus chinensis under different salt stress conditions

The rhizospheric microorganisms play a crucial role in plant adaptation to various environmental stresses. Plants also adjust the composition of rhizospheric microorganisms under different stress conditions. However, there is limited research on how plants regulate the composition and structure of microbial communities in response to different types of salt stress. We chose Leymus chinensis as our research subject to investigate the composition of rhizospheric microorganisms under alkaline salt, neutral salt, and mixed salt stress.
