LC/MS data from mass spectrometric analysis of NIBR-189, compound 78, and midazolam in the supernatants of primary human hepatocytes

Datasets include raw mass spectrometry data files (.d, Agilent) and peak areas from LC-QTOF-MS metabolomic profiling (C18 RPLC, positive ionization mode) to assess metabolism and clearance of NIBR-189, compound 78, and midazolam in primary human hepatocyte supernatants. Samples were collected at 0 min, 30 sec, 1 hr, 2 hrs, 24 hrs, and 48 hrs.
