VPRS 12294 Journal : Interest Paid on Stock

This series consists of a journal of interest paid to proprietors of Victorian Government Stock, purchased under the Victorian Government Stock Act 1872, and the Treasury Bonds Act 1905. In accordance with the Act, proprietors or their powers of attorney were required to collect the payment in person. This record was maintained by the Paymaster of the Treasury as evidence of such.
