This research focus on the electronic properites of graphene engineered by a nearby few-layer hBN interface, manifesting moire features (chapter 4) and unconventional ferroelectricity (chapter 5) under electric transport measurements. The complete dataset for the electric transport measurement is provided as resistance at different probes versus gate voltage, magnetic field, temperature at different devices.In addition, a new optical method combining optical contrast and second harmonic generation is presented for precise determination of hBN layer number (Chapter 5). Samples and simulation code used in the content are provided.
本研究聚焦于由邻近的多层hBN界面工程化的石墨烯的电子性质,在电运输测量中表现出莫尔效应(第四章)及非常规铁电性(第五章)。完整的电运输测量数据集以不同探头处的电阻与栅极电压、磁场、温度的关系提供。此外,本章还介绍了一种结合光学对比度和二次谐波产生的新光学方法,用于精确测定hBN层数量。研究内容中使用的样品和仿真代码亦一并提供。
