The differentiation stage of silkworm germline cells can be determined by their distribution within the testis and the morphology of the germline cells. This data is RNA-seq data obtained from undifferentiated and differentiated germline cells in silkworm, bombyx mori. The goal of this study is the characterization of differentiation stage-specific genes in germline cells.
