资源简介:
This study identifies progression in breast ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) as it progresses towards triple negative invasive breast cancer (TNBC). Overall design: Single cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) and bulk RNA sequencing was performed on the C3Tag genetically engineered mouse model that forms human breast-like DCIS and TNBC. Bulk RNA sequencing was performed on RNA harvested from 10 archival formalin-fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) pairs comprising of estrogen receptor (ER) positive (ER+) and ER- subsets of DCIS. **Submitter declares that the raw data are being deposited in dbGaP (phs002443.v1.p1) due to patient privacy concerns**
