Die Arbeit zeigt die Bedeutung des Zusammenwirkens des Mehrebenenmodells und der Metahermeneutischen Triplexreflektion auf, um die Komplexität von „Wirklichkeiten“ und Lebenswelten und die darin wirkenden verdeckten Machtdiskurse bei Supervisanden, deren Klienten und den Supervisoren in der supervisorischen Arbeit zu erkennen, zu reflektieren und in den Prozess einzubinden, bzw. zu benennen.
