Percentages of CD4 and CD8 Positive Cells in Blood and Spleens of Quail.

The mean numbers of CD4 or CD8 positive cells are shown for four experiments (#1–4) using quail splenocytes (spleen) and two experiments (#2 and #4) using peripheral blood leukocytes (PBL). Overall mean is the mean for all experiments, for each cell type and cell marker. The range of percentages shows the range of percent of positive cells seen for individual birds from all experiments.
