Global Burden of Disease Study 2021 (GBD 2021) Years Lived with Disability, Disability-Adjusted Life Years, and Healthy Life Expectancy 1990-2021

The Global Burden of Disease Study 2021 (GBD 2021), coordinated by the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME), estimated the burden of diseases, injuries, and risk factors for 204 countries and territories and selected subnational locations. Annual estimates for prevalence, incidence, years lived with disability (YLDs), and disability-adjusted life years (DALYs) are available from the GBD 2021 Results Tool. Estimates are available by age and sex for 1990-2021.
