We treated the RKO cells with siHNRNPM or control siRNA for 48 hours.Then, we extracted RNAs and performed next generation sequencing. By comparing sequencing data from control and siHNRNPM samples, we profiled the alternative splicing events and gene expression regulated by HNRNPM in CRC. Overall design: RKO cells mRNA profiles of control and siHNRNPM were generated by deep sequencing, using HiSeq X(Illumina, San Diego, CA).
