Michelin-rated hotels in France 2024, by region

In April 2024, Michelin launched a new ranking system in France for hotels based on "keys", with three keys being the most significant recognition. The company, popular for its Michelin star restaurant rating, has started to use the three "keys" system to evaluate outstanding establishments based on a series of criteria, like their restaurants and service. That year, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur was the French region with the highest number of Michelin-rated hotels, with 42 such establishments. Île-de-France followed in the ranking, with 40 Michelin-rated hotels.
