资源简介:
To explore the clinical application of the ring arch head fixation method for oxygen inhalation after general anesthesia for nasolacrimal passage recanalization in ophthalmic newborns. Method: Fifty newborns who underwent nasolacrimal duct recanalization surgery were randomly assigned to either a control group or an observation group, with 25 cases in each. The control group received routine disposable nasal cannula oxygen inhalation after surgery; The observation group adopted the double nasal cannula ring arch head fixation method for oxygen inhalation. All patients were given oxygen therapy for 2 hours after surgery, and their blood oxygen saturation was monitored to observe the condition of extubation and the occurrence of MARSI.
