Validation and Reliability Assessment of the Croatian Version of the Individualized Care Subscale-B-Nurses: A Cross-Sectional Study in Home Healthcare

The construct validity was examined by way of a confirmatory factor analysis whereby the fit indices were calculated for the overall model. The internal consistency was estimated using McDonald’s Omega and Cronbach’s Alpha method among other correlation measures.
