PEDAGOGICAL POSSIBILITIES OF DEVELOPING IMPORTANT PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES IN THE PROCESS OF EDUCATING FUTURE OFFICERS

This article analyzes the pedagogical possibilities of forming and developing important professional qualities in future officers in the process of training them. The modern requirements for the officer's personality in the military education system, the content and essence of important professional qualities, pedagogical conditions, methods and tools serving their development are scientifically and theoretically covered. Also, the article shows effective ways to form such qualities as responsibility, discipline, leadership, independent decision-making, communication culture, and mental stability in future officers based on the continuity of education, upbringing and practical training. The research results show that person-oriented, competency-based and practical-activity-based approaches in military educational institutions are an important factor in ensuring the professional development of future officers.
