Code and Supporting Files for Levy et al. How conserved are bird-habitat associations after 30 years of forest change?

We explored conservatism in coarse forest-type associations across a temperate forest bird assemblage after thirty years of change in forest management practices in an extensive commercial forest. We replicated the methods of an earlier study thirty years later, allowing us to directly compare occupied habitat space with respect to changing forest-type availability over time across a large geographic area. Files presented herein will reproduce the analyses and figures associated with this manuscript.
