DNA methylation profiling of prostate cancer cells exposed to daily DNA damage

Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip profiling of 22Rv1 prostate cancer cell line either untreated, 6 weeks in culture (age matched) or treated daily for 6 weeks with 1 microgram per ml phleomycin to induce DNA damage (n=2 per sample). DNA extracted from the 3 samples (2 biological replicates each) hybridised to Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip (850K array). Samples are control (untreated 22Rv1 cells), 6 weeks phleomycin/DNA damage and age matched (6 weeks in culture without phleomycin induced DNA damage).
