Expression profile of microRNAs in serum extracellular vesicles isolated from 6 healthy subjects

Sera were collected from 6 healthy subjects, and the expression profiles of microRNAs in serum extracellular vesicles were investigated by 3D-gene microarray. The expression profile was used to investigate the correlation between immune responses to vaccines and microRNA expression levels. 5 ml of sera were collected from 6 healthy subjects. Extracellular vesicles were isolated using TRIZOL (Thermo). Total RNAs were isolated from extracellular vesicles and were subjected to microarray analysis using 3D-gene microarray chip.
