Unraveling Microbial and Functional Gene Dynamics in Deep-Sea Gas Hydrate Sediments: Insights from Metagenomics and Metabolomics

This metagenomics study focuses on archaeal communities in the intertidal zone of Gwadar, Ormara and SAPT Oyster Rocks, Pakistan, using shotgun sequencing to characterize taxonomic diversity. Results will expand knowledge of coastal archaeal resilience and methanogenic and methanotrophic bacteria in the Arabian Sea.
