资源简介:

Data, code and supplementary material for the systematic evidence map “Noah’s giant clam (Tridacna noae) since its 2014 taxonomic resurrection: a systematic evidence map of geography, species identification, density, and hatchery data”, prepared for the Journal of Molluscan Studies. The map charts the 41 indexed records on Tridacna noae published from 2014 to 2026 (Scopus and Web of Science Core Collection, searched 16 August 2026), with their geography, theme, how securely the species was identified, density estimates and hatchery data. Contents: Scopus and Web of Science search exports of 13 and 16 August 2026. Author-coded inputs: charting of the 41 included records, theme labels, density inputs with the derivation of every standard error, and the text of the narrative tables. Seven supplementary workbooks: screening log, extraction table, data mapping, evidence-characteristics ratings, bibliometric summary, density data and sensitivity analysis, and growth and survival data. One R script that generates every table and figure of the paper, including Supplementary Tables S1–S3, from the search exports, and checks the results against the values in the manuscript. The Supplementary Material in the journal’s layout (Word file). The study protocol is registered with OSF Registries (https://osf.io/s96rc). The search exports contain bibliographic records from Scopus (Elsevier) and Web of Science (Clarivate) and remain subject to those providers’ terms of use.
