Our current study, we report an unexpected, effect of piRNA hsa_piR_016187's regulatory function on intraspinal nerve sheath tumors. PiRNA hsa_piR_016187 expression decreased in nerve sheath tumor tissue, and it's possible that piRNA hsa_piR_016187 inhibits the growth of nerve sheath tumor cells.
