Ecological and epidemiological variables dataset for tuberculosis modeling in multi-host communities of the Iberian Peninsula

This dataset contains ecological and epidemiological variables used to build models assessing tuberculosis (TB) risk in multi-host wildlife communities across the Iberian Peninsula. Included are ecological network metrics, population parameters, shedding rates, seroprevalence data, and other relevant indicators in species such as wild boar, red deer, roe deer, badger, and other hosts. The database used to perform the PCA according to the study areas, as well as the R code used for all calculations, is included.
