Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS) are heterogeneous myeloid neoplasms characterized by clonal proliferation and aberrant differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs). In this study, single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) was used to explore the pathogenesis of MDS. Lineage negative (Lin-) cells from bone marrow of MDS and acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients with dysplasia were collected for scRNA-seq.
