Supplementary Fig. 9Td_Ys.csv contains the dissolving temperatures for non-Azo SE motifs (n = 3)thermo_params.csv contains the thermodynamic parameters for the non-Azo SEs considered, which were simulated using MELTING5.Python script ('consider_free_energy.py') generates the bar plots of the measured dissolving temperatures (from 'Td_Ys.csv'), overlaid with the simulated values ('thermo_params.csv').<br>Supplementary Fig. 10cFrom the .csv files above ('Td_Ys.csv' and 'thermo_params.csv'), Python script ('with_logic_curve.py') generates the fitting curve in the form of logit function ('merged_with_eye_guide.pdf'), as presented in Supplementary Fig. 10c.<br>Supplementary Fig. 10d.csv files ('*_td.csv') contain the measured dissolving temperatures for Azo SE DNA motifs, which are already displayed in Fig. 3.Python script ('estimated.py') merges these values with the fitting curve mentioned above, generating estimates of the enthalpy differences for Azo-SEs ('estimated_ddh_check.pdf'), as presented in Supplementary Fig. 10d.
