Dual detection of chromatin accessibility and DNA methylation using ATAC-Me

We provide a detailed protocol for the generation of ATAC-Me libraries in a variety of cell types including H9 ESCs. We also display anticipated results that may be generated from application of the protocol to different model systems. Overall design: Generation of ATAC-Me libraries and displays of potential analysis.
