Double-digest restriction-site associated DNA sequencing (ddRADseq) was performed to genotype two F2 intercross mapping populations of the Aedes aegypti mosquito. Reads were generated using an Illumina NextSeq 500 platform (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA) using a 150-cycle chemistry. RAD markers were used to generate a high-density linkage map and assess sex-biased genotype segregation.
