The Scc2-Scc4 complex interacts with a conserved RSC ATPase motor module. The cohesin loader enhances RSC remodeling activity in vitro and promoter nucleosome eviction in vivo. MNase-seq analysis of the nucleosome positioning comparing wild type to Scc2Degron cells and Scc2Degron cells expressing either Scc2 full lengh, Scc2C or Scc2N following endogenous Scc2 depletion.
