Neuro-Cardio-Respiratory Stabilization Platform (NCR-SP): A Multimodal, Closed-Loop Bioelectronic Intervention for Intracranial Hemorrhage-Induced Brainstem Compression Intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) affecting the brainstem disrupts autonomic cardiorespiratory control, yielding >70% 30-day mortality. Reactive therapies fail to address neural dysregulation. NCR-SP integrates ICP/EEG/ECG monitoring, adaptive vagus nerve stimulation (aVNS), closed-loop diaphragmatic pacing, and AI predictive analytics for proactive homeostasis via the Hierarchical Autonomic Integration Model (HAIM). Leveraging neuroengineering and machine learning, it models brainstem CPGs (Van der Pol dynamics) and baroreflex gain restoration. Validation roadmap: in silico (NEURON/OpenCOR, 65% collapse risk reduction), preclinical porcine ICH (80% survival target), Phase I (n=12, AE<10%). Projects 35% mortality drop, 0.15 QALY gain, $48K/patient savings (ICER <$50K/QALY). This translational framework advances bioelectronic neurocritical care.
