High-resolution bright-field microscopy images of coronal brain sections showing calbindin positive neurons across the normal adult mouse brain. The dataset consists of image series covering the entire brain from six C57Bl6/J mice. For each brain, every sixth section was processed by diaminobenzidine (DAB) immunohistochemistry using a monoclonal calbindin (RRID:AB_10000347) antibody.
