SMACs

The dataset contains processed data, which includes two .rds files. The first .rds file is an integrated Seurat object which contains raw, processed and integrated assays/gene expression data for all five aorgans and both technologies. The other .rds file includes cell-type proportions from RCTD for each barcode/spot. Additionally, we also provide partial outputs from the SAW pipeline to run the cell segmentation method to obtain spatial single-cell data. This includes aligned BAM files, mask files, and image data.
