The effects of famoxadone enantiomers on the transcriptional profile of HepG2 cells

This study focus on the different effects of famoxadone enantiomers (R-famoxadone and S-famoxadone) on the transcriptional profile of HepG2 cells.The goal is to study the impact of famoxadone enantiomers on the transcriptional profile of HepG2 cells. Cells were exposured to 10 uM of R-famoxadone or S-famoxadone for 48 h, and control group was set. The cells were collected to assess the differences in the transcriptional profile in each group.
