Dataset for Growth signatures reveal management impact on food loss

<pre>This data package provides the complete code and supporting data necessary to reproduce the findings of our manuscript, "Growth Signatures Reveal Management Impact on Food Loss," submitted to <i>*Agronomy for Sustainable Development*</i>. It is designed for full transparency and ease of use, serving as a digital extension of our work to ensure the highest standards of scientific reproducibility.<br><br>The package is organized into two main directories: code/ and data/. We provide two distinct pathways for reviewers:<br><br>* **Path A: Quick Verification (Recommended)**: This allows for a rapid validation of our core findings in approximately 15 minutes by using our pre-trained model to process the data and generate the final figures and tables.  <br>* **Path B: Full Reproduction (Optional)**: This path allows for a complete, from-scratch reproduction of our study, including the computationally intensive step of retraining the AI model, which requires a CUDA-enabled GPU.<br><br>All scripts use **relative paths** and are designed to be executed from the root directory of this data package.<br><br><br></pre>
