metagenome data of dust samples from 59 kindergartens in Xiamen, China

We sampled the dust samples from 59 kindergartens in Xiamen, China. And the samples from each district were mixed separately, and extracted the DNA and sequenced. Besides, the samples were collected both in winter (January 2020) and summer (June 2020). The dust samples were collected in January (winter) and June (summer) 2020 in Xiamen, China (Figure 1A). A total of 118 samples were collected in 59 kindergartens from six districts, including Xiang’an, Tong’an, Haicang, Jimei, Siming, and Huli. Downtown primarily consists of the Siming and Huli districts on Xiamen Island, which are identified as urban group, and districts off-island, i.e., Xiang’an, Tong’an, Haicang, and Jimei are classified as peri-urban group. For each kindergarten, approximately 20 grams of dusts were collected using a handheld vacuum cleaner (Fasola, China) on impervious surfaces from 3~5 sites. The collected dusts were homogeneously mixed.The difference between v1 and v2 is that we changed the detail description of the data.
