Memory B cell response to SARS-CoV-2 vaccination in people with heart and lung transplantation: identification of associated clinical factors
收藏资源简介:
What is the “Memory B cell response to SARS-CoV-2 vaccination in people with heart and lung transplantation: identification of associated clinical factors” dataset? This is the final, standardized dataset used for the immunological analyses presented in the publication “Memory B cell response to SARS-CoV-2 vaccination in people with heart and lung transplantation: identification of associated clinical factors,” authored by C. Coppola, S. Costagli et al. The study uses dimensionality reduction and clustering algorithms to identify factors associated with differential humoral and B cell responses based on immunological data collected two years after the first mRNA SARS-CoV-2 vaccine dose in a cohort of 117 solid organ transplant recipients. Participants were recruited at the Respiratory Disease and Lung Transplant Unit and the Cardiac Surgery Unit of the Azienda Ospedaliera Universitaria Senese (Siena, Italy), in the context of the observational longitudinal PatoVac_COV study. The integrated dataset contains 62 humoral and cellular immunological variables, together with clinical data, including vaccination and SARS-CoV-2 infection history and immunosuppressive treatment data. Data from the different sources were merged using an individual-specific ID. How to use the “Memory B cell response to SARS-CoV-2 vaccination in people with heart and lung transplantation: identification of associated clinical factors” dataset? Here, you can download the entire database as a xlsx file. Briefly, in the xlsx file, each row represents an individual. For each individual, the following information are reported: Clusters categorization: outcome of the k-means clustering analysis performed on UMAP-reduced data. Demographic and clinical data: type of transplanted organ, vaccination and infection history and immunosuppressive treatment data ACE2/wt RBD binding inhibition (%) - ACE2/BA.2 RBD binding inhibition (%): capacity of plasma antibodies to block the ACE-2/RBD interaction, assessed for the wt strain and the Omicron BA.2 variant. wt-spike specific IgG (ng/ml) - Omicron BA.2-RBD specific IgG (ng/ml): wt and Omicron BA.2 spike-specific IgG concentrations, assessed by ELISA.wt+, wt+ BA.2+ and BA.2+ RBD MBC frequency (% total MBC) and count: frequency and count of circulating wt+, wt+ BA.2+ and BA.2+ RBD-specific B cells, identified among memory B cells, assessed by multiparametric flow cytometry. B cells count: count of total CD19+ B cells, assessed by multiparametric flow cytometry wt+, wt+ BA.2+ and BA.2+ RBD MBC clusters: frequency of wt+, wt+ BA.2+ and BA.2+ RBD MBC phenotypes, assessed by FlowSOM analysis Contact Information For any further information or detail, please contact us at annalisa.ciabattini@unisi.it.
