RNA sequencing of MCF7 after Delta-tocotrienol 6 hours treatment.

This study compare the genomic change of MCF7 cells before and after delta-tocotrienol treatment the Lexogen QuantSeq 3' mRNA-seq library kit is used to prepare RNA-seq library in this study. We identified the dysregulated genes during this progress, and explored the potential mechanism of delta-tocotrienol induced cell death in MCF7. Overall design: MCF7 cells treated with delta-tccotrienol(38, 50 and 75 micromole) for 6 hours compared with DMSO group.
