In this study, we used SILAC labeling and LC-MS techniques to detect and identify exosomal-specific proteins of PTC cell lines and found out that Tenascin-C was a unique exosome-enriched protein of PTC cells and could promote PTC cell invasion and proliferation via PTC exosomes. This result can provide molecular mechanism of cancer microenvironment function and may be the target of therapies of PTC.
