LRY15 and its metabolite DHA alleviate cisplatin-induced ovarian injury by preserving ovarian reserve, reducing follicular atresia, restoring oocyte quality, and enhancing fertilization and embryonic development. Mechanistically, these effects involve restoration of granulosa and oocyte transcriptional programs, recovery of PUFA metabolism, and modulation of gut microbiota.
