Supplementary materials for: A biosecurity baseline for transboundary management of marine biological invasions in the ROPME Sea Area

This repository contains the supplementary materials supporting the manuscript “A biosecurity baseline for transboundary management of marine biological invasions in the ROPME Sea Area.”Appendix 2 contains standardized species profiles for the 192 screened taxa. Each profile includes taxonomic information, organism group classification, native range, screening status, occurrence across ROPME Member States, and supporting references. Profiles also report quantitative invasion risk screening results produced using the Aquatic Species Invasiveness Screening Kit (AS-ISK v2.4.1) under baseline and climate-change scenarios, together with confidence scores.Appendix 3 provides the complete set of AS-ISK screening reports for all assessed species. Each report includes the full questionnaire responses, literature-based justifications for the assigned scores, and assessor confidence levels, ensuring transparency and reproducibility of the regional risk-screening process.These materials document the evidence base underlying the regional biosecurity baseline and risk prioritization framework developed for the ROPME Sea Area.
