Genome sequencing for investigating genome features of one female of Red jungle fowl, Grey jungle fowl, Alsacienne, Araucana, and white leghorn. The libraries and the sequencing were made at the Plateforme de Séquençage Haut Débit I2BC (Gif-sur-Yvette 91198 France). A paired Miseq Illumina sequencing of 600-bp fragments was done per sample with a coverage lower than 5X.
