Seurat_object_merged_PBMCs

This dataset includes a Seurat object consisting of the merged count data from PBMCs of patients included in the study "Genomic Insights into Pediatric Intestinal Inflammatory and Eosinophilic Disorders using Single-sell RNA-sequencing." This is the unfiltered, unmapped data after reading the CellRanger count data into Seurat. It contains singlets identified via demuxlet. Barcodes that were not mapped to a genotype or were found not to be singlets were removed.
