Single cell RNA-sequence reveals the transcriptional dynamics of tumor immune micrenvironment by LDHA inhibition in cancer cells

In this study, we investigeted the impact of LDHA inhibition in cancer cell on the tumor immune microenvironment (TIME) of orthotopic syngeneic PDAC tumors.
