This repository contains the experimental raw and processed data supporting the mastercurve development for Direct Ink Writing (DIW) of poly(D,L-lactide) (PLA) dissolved in anisole, printed onto various flexible substrates (Polyimide, PET, ETFE, and Teflon). Data for piezoelectric inks with barium titanate are also included. This dataset refers the article "Predictive Mastercurves for Direct Ink Writing: Application to Sustainable and Piezoelectric PLA-Anisole Inks" submitted to Advanced Materials Technologies in July 2026. The dataset includes: Formulation parameters: Polymer concentration (vol%), ink shear viscosity (Pa.s). Substrate wetting properties: Static contact angles (in degrees and radians). DIW process parameters: Nozzle diameter (d), applied pressure (DP), volumetric flow rate (Qv), extrusion velocity (Vj) and printing translation speed (Vt). Geometric output parameters: Printed line width (L), line thickness (e) and non-dimensionalized values (L/d, Vj/Vt, Kwet).
