ATAC fragment files for single-nucleus analysis of mouse myenteric plexus glial cells

ATAC fragment files and associated tabix index files, output by the 10X Cell Ranger pipeline. Raw FASTQ files, which can be used as input for the Cell Ranger pipeline, are deposited with the NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus with accession GSE184981 (link below).

Sample beginning with "ns_" are derived from 3-dimensional neurosphere cultures. Sample beginning with "glia1_" is derived from glial cells freshly isolated from the longitudinal muscle-myeneric plexus layer of mouse small intestine, as described in Guyer at al (2023), doi: 10.1016/j.celrep.2023.112194.
