Transcriptomic Data of the Acropora formosa Coral Under the Exposure of Wet Deposition of Wildfire Emissions

The dataset includes three groups: CG represents the control group, W represents the group exposed to wet deposition of wildfire emissions once, and FW represents the group exposed to wet deposition of wildfire emissions five times. The CG samples were collected at the beginning of the experiment. The W samples were collected one day after a single exposure to wet deposition of wildfire emissions. The FW samples were collected 13 days after five exposures to wet deposition of wildfire emissions, with each exposure separated by a three-day interval.
