to detect the gene expression of Fibroblasts after hypoxia, we used Agilent SurePrint G3 Human Gene Expression v3 for the transcriptional sequencing of fibroblasts with and without hypoxia to detect differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in hypoxia. Three control tissue explants were incubated at 37°C and 5% CO2 in DMEM (Gibco, Carlsbad, CA, USA) supplemented with 10% FBS (Biological Industries, Kirbuta Beit Haemek, Israel) and 1% penicillin-streptomycin (Gibco) to culture skin fibroblasts. In the hypoxia group, when the cells covered almost 60% of the 25 mm2 culture bottle, the tri-gas incubator was used to simulate hypoxia (37°C, 5% CO2, and 1% O2). The control group was cultured in the incubator under similar conditions (37°C and 5% CO2).
