To determine the mechanism of regulation of Tregs by Setd2, LI Tregs (CD3+CD4+Foxp3-YFP+) from Setd2-deficient and control Tregs were subjected to RNA-seq analysis. Overall design: About 2?Ã?10^5 sorted large intestinal Tregs (CD3+CD4+YFP+ cells) were pooled from littermate Foxp3Cre-YFPSetd2f/+ or Foxp3Cre-YFPSetd2f/f mice. Each biological replicate was pooled from 2-3 mice.
